Contextual hotels with narrative, substance, and locally-rooted restaurants and bars. Artfully designed to bring meaning to life and to the universe.
Hotels that tell stories
Since opening the doors to our first House, we set out to tell authentic stories that give meaning to our travels. Designed through the lens of a unique protagonist with local roots, each House reveals the architectural, cultural, and historical nuances of our neighborhoods for travelers in search of new perspectives. We tell our stories, so that you can find moments of exploration and belonging within yours.

Our Houses
The story of each House starts with the protagonist, a character who brings history and local roots into spaces designed for modern travelers. Where morning meetings, restful sleeps and mindful meals are only the start of our story. The rest is a blank page for you to write.

Our Way of Life
Like any good story, ours seeks to reveal the aspects of our life that are always interesting and sometimes unexpected. These are the nuances that transform our Houses from a place to stay into a community of travelers who value authenticity, meaning, and well-being above all else.
Part I. Thoughtful
We consider every detail so that our Houses tell thoughtful stories with depth, designed to encourage more meaningful experiences.
Part II. Authentic
We tell true, cohesive stories. From design details to the music you hear, we connect every aspect of your stay to an authentic narrative.
Part III. Healthy
We believe healthy actions have a nourishing ripple effect. From meals to meditations, our Houses take a holistic approach to well-being.
Part IV. Community-Oriented
We create spaces for organic human connection. Forming a community allows us to belong to something greater than ourselves.
Part V. Modern Luxury
We know luxury comes from attention to detail, and we carefully consider modern comforts that add personal touches to our Houses.
Our Food & Drink
Whether it’s a locally-rooted meal for your morning routine or a Mediterranean-inspired late-night craving, we've designed veg-forward menus and social spaces suited for locals and travelers alike.

Life Stories
Life House is a community. We couldn’t do what we do without our band of unique and wonderful individuals. They each contribute to the life within our Houses, bringing with them the stories that have formed our own. Meet some of them here.
DJ
Mia Moretti
From parties in Tangier to our rooftop at Terras, Mia connects people through music no matter where she goes. Songs transport us to a specific time and place, and every time we hear her set, we remember nights in Little Havana.
Photographer
Robert Whitman
World renowned, but also family. Robert was our first guest back in December 2018. But long before then, his story took him to the far reaches of our planet to photograph, and bring together, locals from all walks of life.
Designer
Jenny Bukovec
From the very start, Jenny has dug deep to uncover the locally-rooted stories that form our Houses. A designer, painter, and storyteller in her own right, her thoughtful work is what brings our House narratives, to life.
Artist
Laura Arana Castillo
Laura is a soulful Miami-based ceramicist and tapestry artist. Who naturally, just so happens to double as our brand model. Needless to say, Laura’s work is as meaningful in our physical spaces as it is in our digital ones.
