The Story

As the Industrial Age was ending, and the Victorian Era was beginning, the American frontier moved west through Denver’s Lower Highlands. Within a contemporary shell that nods to the industrialists who built the city, we designed our House with textured glass and floral mementos to tell the story of Victorian opulence. At the same time, the House reflects the musings of the neighborhood’s original pioneers, from their Italian roots to a wildflower-inspired restaurant.

Food & Drinks

Drawing inspiration from the pioneers who settled in Lower Highlands, Wildflower prepares seasonal fare with foraged ingredients. Our veg-forward and community-driven dishes tell the story of our neighborhood’s roots with each bite in a warm, inviting space. Where savoring local tastes is as common as exploring rotating installations by Denver artists. From an early morning espresso to late-night cocktails at the bar, Wildflower is a place to share more than a meal, it’s a place to share your story.
